How the scoreboard is calculated
The four dimensions behind your daily score — Output, Consistency, Depth and Flags — and what the number is (and isn't) for.
Your score is out of 100 and is rebuilt once a day (04:00 IST) from work already recorded in ItzSEO. Nothing is recomputed when you open the page, so the number won’t shift while you look at it. Four dimensions make it up:
- Output — 40 points. Completed tasks and high-value activity (articles published, audits completed, sites published, and so on), weighted by priority. Passive syncs don’t count.
- Consistency — 25 points. Standups filed and clock-ins on your working days.
- Depth — 20 points. Minutes logged in standups, how many projects you touched, and collaboration with teammates.
- Flags — 15 points. Starts full and is deducted from: unresolved blockers, quiet days, missing standups, late punches.
The board also shows a rolling 28-day average, which is the fairer view — a single slow day barely moves it.
What it’s for: spotting where to focus and where someone needs support. It is deliberately not a performance review and not tied to pay. A low score usually means work happened outside ItzSEO, or standups weren’t filed — not that nothing got done.
