Collaborators — hiring a freelancer with account-level access
Invite an expert who can work across your whole account — projects, marketing, automations — with optional access to Integrations, Store, and Accounting.
A collaborator is an account-level teammate — typically a hired freelancer or agency expert. Unlike a project member, they can work across every project and all your marketing tools (email campaigns, SMS, calling, workflows, forms, social) under their own login.
When you invite one from Settings → Collaborators you choose which optional areas they can also manage: Integrations (Twilio, email domains, social accounts — on by default), Store, and Accounting. You can change these any time from the same page.
Some things are never delegated: billing and plan changes, inviting or removing members and collaborators, HR and payroll, and deleting or transferring the workspace. Those always require the workspace owner. Collaborators see a permanent “working as a collaborator” banner, and everything they do is recorded in your activity feed under their own name.
