Yes. ItzSEO runs outbound call campaigns with an AI voice agent: you paste or import a lead list, the agent dials each lead on a throttle, and every call is logged with its outcome. It is available on every paid plan with a monthly minute budget: Starter 60, Growth 300, Agency 1,000, Scale 3,000.

Vapi. You can use the platform's default configuration, or connect your own Vapi account and numbers, in which case your key is stored encrypted and Vapi bills you directly for call time. Calls placed with your own key still count against your plan's monthly minutes.

Yes. The workspace owner connects a Twilio account (Account SID and Auth Token, verified against Twilio and stored encrypted; if your SMS settings already hold Twilio credentials they are reused) and imports any of its numbers from the Numbers tab. The number is placed on our voice platform so the AI agent can call from it, Twilio's per-minute rates go on your own Twilio bill, and the calls still count against your plan's minutes. Importing takes over the number's voice routing in Twilio: calls to an imported number are answered by your AI agent (whatever answered them before stops; texting is unaffected). Removing the number releases it from our platform; your Twilio account keeps it, but its previous voice routing is not restored — re-set the number's voice webhook in Twilio if you want it to ring somewhere else. On the shared platform account this is the way to bring your own numbers: platform Vapi numbers are assigned by support.

You pick a saved agent (its script, voice and model), a saved number to call from and paste or import a lead list for that campaign. After you confirm consent and start it (now or at a scheduled time), a runner places calls within the campaign's own throttle, the workspace's monthly minute budget and each lead's local calling hours, and the lead's status advances when the call ends. Campaign leads are their own list; they are not pulled from or synced to your CRM contacts.

Yes. A do-not-call number is refused on every call: campaign dials, single calls from the console and calls the AI assistant proposes. Leads already on the list are flagged at import and counted. Bare national numbers are read in the country of the number you call from (the same country-aware rules as SMS), so the same person cannot slip through as +91 in one list and 0 in another. The calling do-not-call list is separate from the SMS opt-out list.

Each call keeps its duration, outcome, and when the provider supplies them, the recording, transcript and an AI summary. Repeated webhook deliveries never create duplicate records.

The workspace owner and the account collaborators the owner has added. Regular team members cannot place calls, run campaigns or read call logs. Only the owner can connect, change or remove the Vapi key.

Outbound calling is regulated differently in every country (TCPA in the US, TRAI in India, and so on). ItzSEO only places calls between 8am and 9pm in the callee's local time (9am–9pm in India, per TRAI), and only to supported countries — numbers in other countries are refused. Where a country spans several time zones the window must hold in all of them (+1 numbers must be inside it in both Eastern and Pacific time; Hawaii, Alaska, Newfoundland and the US territories are checked in their own zone). It also refuses do-not-call numbers and will not start a campaign until you confirm you have consent. You remain responsible for having that consent and for any other rules in your market.

A single call is refused with the next time it may be placed. Campaign leads outside the window wait, and the runner calls them once the window opens in their time zone.
