Integrations

Integrations for the data you already have.

Connect Search Console and GA4 to each project — with your Google login or ItzSEO's service account — and they refresh daily. Add Meta Ads, your inbox channels, your calendar, WordPress for publishing, and your own email and SMS providers. Everything else goes through a scoped REST API or a workflow webhook.

Analytics

Search and traffic data, per project.

Google Search Console

Your Google login or ItzSEO's service account (verified with a meta tag or DNS record). Daily sync of 28 days of clicks, impressions, CTR and position, plus top queries and pages. Feeds the dashboard, reports, cannibalization, page discovery and URL Inspection.

Google Analytics 4

Your Google login or the service account, for the property that measures the project's website. 30-day sessions, users and conversions, refreshed daily, shown next to Search Console data.

Meta Ads

Connect with Facebook login or a System User token, then pick ad accounts: Starter 1, Growth 5, Agency 25, Scale 100. Daily sync of spend, results and campaigns; change campaign and ad-set status and budgets from ItzSEO.

Channels and calendars

Where your conversations and meetings happen.

Messenger and WhatsApp

Connect Facebook Pages so Messenger conversations land in the shared inbox, and pair WhatsApp numbers by QR code (two per workspace).

Google Calendar

Per user. Booking pages check your real availability and add bookings to your calendar; Meet recordings can be picked up for notes.

Zoom

Per user. The AI assistant can schedule Zoom meetings for you.

Publishing and sending

Publish and send from your own accounts.

WordPress

REST API with an Application Password — no plugin. Articles publish as posts with images uploaded to your media library, categories and tags.

Your email provider

Send campaigns and transactional email through your own SMTP, Resend, SendGrid, Amazon SES or Postmark, with bounces and complaints fed back.

Twilio

SMS on your own Twilio account, with delivery status and replies coming back into ItzSEO.

Social networks

Publish to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Google Business Profile from the Social Media module.

For developers

A scoped API and webhooks.

REST API

Contacts, contact export, campaign recipients and transactional email. Scoped tokens created by the workspace owner, header-only, rate-limited per key. Every plan.

Workflow webhooks

Start a workflow from its own webhook URL, or call any public HTTPS endpoint from a workflow step. Private and internal addresses are refused.

Getting connected

From sign-up to live data.

  1. STEP 1

    Connect Google

In each project's settings, sign in with Google or add ItzSEO's service account and verify the site. Pick the Search Console and GA4 properties.

  2. STEP 2

    First sync

Click Sync for data right away; after that every connected project refreshes daily.

  3. STEP 3

    Add channels

Meta Ads, Messenger, WhatsApp, Calendar and Zoom from Settings → Integrations; WordPress per project.

  4. STEP 4

    Automate the rest

Create a scoped API token or a workflow webhook for anything else.

FAQ

Integrations questions.

Which tools does ItzSEO connect to?
Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (per project), Meta Ads (workspace), Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp (inbox), Google Calendar and Zoom (per user), WordPress (publishing, per project), your own email provider (SMTP, Resend, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Postmark) and Twilio for SMS. Social publishing to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Google Business Profile is covered on the Social Media page. Anything else connects through the REST API or workflow webhooks.
What is the difference between Google login and service-account mode?
With Google login (OAuth), someone signs in with a Google account that can see the property, and ItzSEO reads with that account's access. With service-account mode, you add ItzSEO's service account as a user on the Search Console or GA4 property instead — handy for agencies when the client owns the property. To stop anyone connecting a property that isn't theirs, service-account mode also asks you to prove you control the website: a meta tag on the homepage or a DNS TXT record. For GA4 the property must have a web data stream on the project's domain, and a project that already proved its domain for Search Console doesn't need to prove it again.
How fresh is the Search Console and GA4 data?
Every connected, active project is refreshed daily: Search Console's last 28 days (to two days ago, Google's reporting lag) including top queries and pages, and GA4's 30-day totals. The Sync buttons refresh on demand. Reports, weekly insights, the dashboard and cannibalization read those snapshots.
How does WordPress publishing work?
Connect a WordPress site with its REST API and an Application Password (WordPress → Users → Profile → Application Passwords). Articles from Content Studio publish as posts with their featured and inline images uploaded to your media library, plus categories and tags. The password is stored encrypted. No plugin is needed.
Is there a Shopify, Webflow, Linear, Jira or Slack integration?
Not today. Content publishes to WordPress or to a site built and hosted in ItzSEO; tasks live in ItzSEO's own task board. For other tools, use the REST API or a workflow with a webhook step.
What does the REST API cover?
Contacts (list and CSV export), campaign recipients, and sending transactional email, plus lead capture into your contacts from forms on any site. Workspace owners create tokens in Settings → API tokens and choose scopes per token (contacts:read, campaigns:read, segments:read, email:send). Keys go in the Authorization header only, responses are never cached, and each key is rate-limited. It does not expose SEO data such as rankings or audits. Available on every plan.
Are there webhooks?
Yes, through Workflows. A workflow can start from its own webhook URL (anything that can POST JSON can trigger it — Zapier, Make, your CMS), and a workflow step can call any public HTTPS endpoint with the data from the run. Calls to private or internal addresses are refused.
Can I use my own OpenAI key?
No. ItzSEO's AI features run on ItzSEO's own model accounts and are paid for with the AI credits in your plan; you don't bring keys for them. Email, SMS and calling are the exceptions — those use your own provider accounts.
Where are my credentials stored?
Google, Meta, Zoom, Calendar, Messenger and WordPress credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). API tokens are stored only as hashes and shown once when created.
