Social media scheduling

A week of posts for every client, planned in a morning.

ItzSEO's social media planner gives each client a strategy and content pillars, fills the week with draft posts, writes captions in the brand's voice, and publishes on schedule to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Business and more through connected accounts. Included on every paid plan.

What you get

Strategy to published post, in one place.

Strategy and pillars per client

Voice, audience, channels and weekly cadence per channel, plus weighted content pillars. Fill my week and the AI captions both work from them.

Fill my week

One click lays out the week's starter drafts by channel cadence and pillar weight, at upcoming posting times in the client's timezone. Clicking again only fills the gaps. Edit, then approve.

AI captions in the brand voice

Pick a pillar and a format; Claude drafts the caption in the strategy's voice. One credit per caption, always editable.

Creative library

Uploads and Social Graphics Studio renders attached to posts. The attached copy is frozen so later edits never change what was scheduled.

Auto-publishing

Connected Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Business, Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram accounts, published on schedule by a server job.

Today dashboard and nudges

Due today, drafts to review, scheduled posts vs the cadence plan, failures, and trending topics from the client's tracked keywords and platform trends. One consolidated nudge a day per client.

How it works

From onboarding to auto-pilot.

  1. STEP 1

    Write the strategy

Voice, audience, channels, cadence and pillars for the client. Ten minutes, once.

  2. STEP 2

    Connect accounts

Link the client's social profiles. No-review networks like Bluesky and Telegram connect in seconds.

  3. STEP 3

    Fill and review

Lay out the week, let Claude draft each caption, attach graphics, approve.

  4. STEP 4

    Publish and report

Posts go out on schedule. The Today dashboard flags anything that needs you.

Reporting

Measured where it can be proven.

Daily metrics and insights

On Growth and above, snapshots of reach and engagement for posts on the ItzSEO community channel, with a 30-day insights view built from them.

Monthly AI report

On Growth and above, an AI-written summary of the previous month's performance delivered to the owner's notifications, deep-linked to the insights page.

Trend signals

Reactive-post suggestions drawn from the client's own tracked SEO keywords and platform-wide trending hashtags, interleaved so both show up.

FAQ

Social Media Scheduling questions.

Does ItzSEO schedule social media posts?
Yes. ItzSEO has a social media planner with a per-client strategy, a weekly calendar, AI-written captions in the brand's voice, a creative library, and auto-publishing to connected accounts. It is included on every paid plan; AI captions cost one credit each. Insights and the monthly report are on Growth and above.
Which platforms can it publish to?
Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram, plus the ItzSEO community. External accounts connect through a self-hosted publishing service, so there is no per-account fee from a third-party scheduler.
What is a strategy and what are content pillars?
A strategy is the standing brief for one client (one active strategy per client workspace): voice, audience, the channels in use and how often to post on each. Content pillars are the recurring themes (tips, behind the scenes, offers, proof) with a weight. "Fill my week" uses both to lay out a week of starter drafts at upcoming posting times, skipping slots that already have a post; you write or generate each caption, then approve.
Does the AI write the posts?
It drafts them. Pick a pillar and a format and Claude writes a caption in the voice defined in the strategy; you edit, add media and schedule. Nothing publishes until you schedule or approve it, and an unedited starter draft can't be published.
Where do the graphics come from?
From the Social Graphics Studio, which turns a brief into on-brand images in nine sizes, or from your own uploads. A render attaches to a scheduled post and goes out with it.
What does the Today dashboard show?
What is due today, drafts waiting for review, how the week tracks against each channel's cadence, anything that failed to publish, and trending topics worth a reactive post, drawn from the client's own tracked keywords and platform-wide trending hashtags. A daily nudge per client workspace summarises the same when something needs attention.
Is there analytics?
On Growth and above: daily metrics, 30-day insights and an AI-written report on the previous month, measured today for posts published to the ItzSEO community channel. Per-platform metrics for external networks are on the roadmap.
What does it replace?
Buffer, Hootsuite or Later for agencies managing several clients — with the strategy, the captions, the graphics and the client's CRM in the same workspace.
